teacher burn out

One thing I feel burnt out about is that for the past 2 years I have had little or no prep time and barely get a lunch time this year it is 10 minutes. The paper work is overwhelming. I enjoy my class and the students a lot and am fortunate to have a good aide. It seems though that the more you do the more you get dumped on and those that do very little get the smaller classes, less disruptive behaviors and all the glory. That is my perception and that is how I feel.
