I teach students with behavior problems and use one daily that may help you. I can email it to you if you'd like.

The sheet breaks the day down into fifteen minute increments and has four columns for four "Safe Choices" that the students are entitled to make. This also serves as my behavior management system as it works out to 100pts (or 100 places to check off).

It's easier to understand if you are looking at it. Let me know if you'd like a copy. I also have a coworker that uses a different one that I could possibly send you (but I think it would have to be snail mail)
