Hi! Thanks for your help. I'm almost finished with my first week and one thing I'm struggling with is keeping myself organized! Please help! Do you use a reward or point system to motivate your kids? I have a lot of behavior problems (things have been better the last two days though) and all I feel like I'm doing is trying to keep them on task. When I help one group or one student, the others start acting up and vice versa. Don't get me wrong...I'm having a great time, I'd just like any advice or suggestions you'd like to share. I just want to be a good teacher for my students. Thanks so much.
