Me Too!
By Michelle

Clip to ScrapBook
Although I can't offer much help, I can and do sympathize with you. I have also been told I'm doing a great job by other teachers, the principal, and certain parents. On the other hand, I'm having constant "suggestions"
by parents.

I'm finding it quite frustrating. To me, the most frustrating aspect is the parents don't seem to know what they want. They come to me (and/or the principal) with complaints, but they don't know what they want to "fixed" the alleged problem.

I'm finding the best coping strategy is to focus on the positive feedback. Personally I get down, probably too much, on the negative.

Keep your chin up! If you're concerned about the feedback, then you're probably doing a good job. If you weren't concerned, then that would be a problem.
