Not all work the same way

In our district we are NOT allowed to go and buy things ourselves and then ask to be reimbursed. We have to submit a purchase order, with item, price, and name of catelog. I think that you should ask what materials are being left, but you really need to understand your district's/school's policy on buying things. I would hate for you to spend alot of your own money and then not be able to get paid back.
Just the other side of the coin.
