I feel your pain!! I am a 2nd year teacher and last year during my 1st year, my school purchased the AM program. With it being new to the entire and it was a non-stop headache. This year it still has its crazy days, but it's somewhat better. I don't think it will ever get a whole lot better, because like you said, the paper runs out about the time 10 people are hovered around your desk.
