www.funschool.com is an excellent educational website for kids to practice major concepts in all educational areas through fun games. The web site is broken down by grade level and has pages and pages of games the kids can
play. It loads quickly, has clear directions and explainations, and is easy for kids to use. It has a racing game you can play while you wait for your game to load. I have noticed that the games load much more quickly when the kids just wait rather than play the racing game. I began by showing them how to get into the web site (I bookmarked it for them) and allowed them to play the
games on page one. The next time they logged on, they were allowed to choose games from page one or two, etc. We talked as a group on their experiences with the site. They shared which games they liked best, which were too easy, which were too difficult, which took too long to load, etc. They rated this site with a two thumbs up. They always want to go on this site at school and many have been on it at home. Give it a try. It's a good one!
