"Door Decorations"

How can you say that the childeren "must" participate if this is a "Christmas" theme. Why is it so difficult to acknowledge all religions? Why not let it be a holiday door decoration? You are a teacher. Teach the children about all the different holidays, this would teach them that there is more out there than just Chirstmas. This teaches acceptance and tolorance of others.
