I used a flower garden theme. The title was "Bloom Where You are Planted." I make all kinds of flowers "coming up" at the bottom on the board/ I put my students pictures in the center part of the flower. Make flowers of different kinds,colors and sizes (just like your students. For the top part of the board put the sky with sun and clouds. It turns out really cute. You could also turn it into a research activity with students trying to decide what kind of flower they are by looking through books.peach
