Four Square

I used the four square book this year and it is great! This year I taught 4th and next year I will be teaching 1st. I think four square is great for either with some teacher adaptation. My 4th graders loved it and it really improved their writing before the state test. It goes step by step and really helps with the organization of ideas when writing. It is very simple and produces good writing.
