My kids love to partner up and get large pieces of buthcher paper and trace each others bodies. After they are traced they cut their outline out and label certain body parts. We even add organs like the brain, heart, lungs, stomach, liver and intestines. The we hang them in our hall way What a sight! Then we interactively write the functions of the organs. Of course, this takes place over 2 to 3 lessons. Hope this helps!
