Taking Over
By RebeccaH

Clip to ScrapBook
Number 1 don't panic. If I was you I wouldn't rush out and buy anything or think quickly about trying to change everything. You will burn out or buy items you don't need. 2. The children are the most important. Go over your
rules etc. I haven't been in your situation but I have done relief where I am not sure what is going on. I pretended I was an alien and new to earth and they had to help me. The kids thought it was great. 3. You are in charge so start your ideas from day 1. Don't listen to much to what Mrs... did or said. Take things slowly plan some great art/craft ideas and then you can replace your
boards with your display. Maybe you could do a theme that would help with this. I integrate all my activities around a theme. When we go back in Feb(Aust) I am doing the Olympics followed by the Sea. The sea is a great topic for little ones or animals. Lots of art ideas etc. Good luck I am sure you will be great. Let us know or ask if you want more help. These boards are great for that.
