Task Computing -- Site Rating

I have used a rating sheet that I found at classroom connect but you could create your own. There are lots of sites out there that give you ideas on 'what makes a good web site', but most important are things like, who created it? Is there a way to contact the creator? Are there ads that distract from the material? Is the site easy to navigate, when was it updated last? Age appropriate -- reading level?......
Actually, I appreciate the input, I am going to look for that rating page I have and see about posting it or at least posting the right url to sent others to it!
