cropping... not advised in Word -- follow Maggie's advice

Word does allow cropping but if you get carried away and crop down too far, you cannot reclaim the lost part. You would have to delete you inserted picture and reinsert. I'm not sure about Publisher. Did your digital camera not come with software that would allow such things as color touch ups cropping and resizing the picture? If you don't have it, you can find the website for the makers of the camera and see if there is free software specifically for your computer.
