When I taught preschool we had 4 sets of multiples in one classroom. 1 set of fraternal boys, 1 set fraternal girls, 1 set of identical girls and amazingly 1 set of identical triplet girls. BOY talk about exhausting! Luckily all the parents were really helpful in dressing them differently.
All of the multiples had their own friends and distinctive personalities. I enjoyed having them in my class. My little brother was in the same class and of course the kids could tell them apart long before any of the teachers could.
