Clip to ScrapBook
A very clever aide I work with has a few of her own home made tricks. A couple of my favorites - she painted the child's fingernails with letters. In that case, she used the letters in the child's name but any letters would work especially if they have some connected meaning. Another trick was to make posters of letters. She introduced one at a time and the child got to keep them. Does the child like music? Use rhymes about the letter formation. Draw the letters in sand or paint or water; make they shapes of the letters oversized with rope or wood pieces. Good luck!
