Jami,
So what would you suggest for those of us who cannot use any form of TIMEOUT? like I mentioned we are only allowed to use redirection. How do you make this work. we cannot separate the child from the group except
if biting or injuring another person in which case the Manager is involved. we have no rewards system and cant use one and only natural consequences allwoed (we cant stop those). I feel as if we are just there to keep them from hurting themselves or others and not there to help them grow and learn.
one of our biggest concerns is grouptime. after about 2minutes the children start fidiging

and end up leaving the group. we can ask them to join us but if they dont want to we have to let them do what they want which is hard when I am alone because I cant watch them and do grouptime with those who are participating.
