Different Kids
By June

Clip to ScrapBook
I am subbing this year and I have had the opportunity to see a variety of classrooms and kids. It has been great. I was in a second grade the other day that was magical. They did centers and I could do whatever I needed
to do because they were all busy and working hard. I don't know but I think she just happened to have a great group of kids.

I was a student teacher in fourth grade and I found it difficult because while some students were very far along, we still had a couple who were very far behind. To me it seemed that the ability gap was harder to deal with in the upper grades because there

was more of a range.

I am still not sure what grade I want to teach. The more I sub the more I am starting to like 2,3, and 4. I would not write off a whole grade level based on one group of kids though.
