Misunderstood the posters point

Hi.
I think that you might have misunderstood the problem. The original poster (me) was making a point that when we come to the vent board to vent a problem or get advice there are certain other posters who voice a very
negative opinion often belittling the posters problem or concern.
WHile I def. agree that the vent board is for frustrated posters to voice concerns and well vent, I dont think it is the purpose of the people to respond to knock them down or say harsh negative words.
I totally am for people voicing opinions and am well aware that all do NOT agree, but there is a tactful way to present

your ideas without demeaning others.
I am not saying you did at all I am referring to my initial post and to those posters that do.
I wrote one concern about a bad relationship with a coworker, bc I was concerned and didnt like the constant negativity in the air at work and was responded by one as
childish and petty and just get over it already.
Exact words...I dont know but point understood.
So yes I agree with you that people come here for support and I think that it is good ackowledge there anger, share others experiences AND offer an support or advice we feel is HELPFUL!!!!
