My only point
By There are always those few . .

Clip to ScrapBook
My only point is this. It's easy to roll eyes, point fingers, cluck tongues, and refer to peers, adults, colleagues, professionals as childish and petty. There are probably other ways (although more difficult to communicate)
to show someone another's perspective without stating it in such negative way.

I was one of those people (now cloaked in a new identity) who wrote about a problem. After reading your post and wrestling with my feelings, up one minute -- down the next, I had decided to just say, "Hey, life's too short to live this way. It doesn't matter who's right or wrong. Let's just rise above

it." Then I found out about yet another major betrayal. Now what? If life is really too short as I was beginning to think, why would I want to waste my time and energy on such a "friend?" What would you do? Would you call me childish and petty again just to add insult to injury? Or would you be the bigger person this time and try to help a fellow human being through a difficult time?
