    Sounds like you'll be great with your own class. I agree it's better to look at life with a 'half full glass'. I'd suggest you not share with other teachers the difficulties you're having with a class or student. However, if a situation arises in which you do need help, ask in such a way that shows you care and have tried several options before getting outside supports (unless there's physical or emotional harm done, in which case you might need immediate assistance from someone, maybe even the principal.)
    I do think the classroom teacher deserves to hear about any difficulties encountered. Maybe something like, "Johnny had a difficult day without you. He really needed some extra attention." The teacher can 'read between the lines'. If something was harmful, it's best to report what you observed and were told about what happened. Best of luck! ;-D
