It is encouraging to hear this is the hardest part of the year to get through. I'm sitting here having just drafted a letter of resignation. I have a long commute and I too have been working 12 hour days. It is so hard. But then when I think of the kids.....well we all know why we got into this in the first place. I don't think there are too many careers like this.
