Being picked on
By Julie

Clip to ScrapBook
It is your principal's job to supervise you and help you to improve upon the shortcomings all teachers have. She should be doing this with other teachers as well. I would be honest with her if you feel you can. Tell her that you would like it if she direct some of the parent complaints to you by asking them, "Have you discussed this problem with the teacher before coming to me?" I would also tell her you are feeling very defeated and need some positive feedback to help counter all the negative. If she remembers some of her management classes hopefully she will do it. Tell her these things in a non defensive manner.Hopefully this helps.
