Principals that brow beat new teachers

I put these principals in the same class as other abusers. They are really wimps wanting to take out their frustration on the non tenured staff. They are incompetant and tired of their job! And they take it out on others. But in the process they produce mediocre teachers. Why put in extra time and effort for such a pain in the butt that picks you apart all the time??
