Thank you so, SO much for replying. Your post made me feel much better. Although I love getting advice & suggestions, I mostly come on this board to feel encouraged and to realize I'm not alone in feeling the way that I do. It's nice to know that there are people out there that understand how hard it is for new teachers. It's a shame Anne seems to think that that it's a waste of time to give encouragement...New teachers need all the encouragement and support they can get!!!

Again, thank you so very much for your kind words. It's people like you that keep bringing me back to these boards!!!
