First of all, I sincerely apologize if I offended you...that was certainly not my intent. I honestly wanted only to make the point that new teachers come on this board specifically for support and encouragement and people
may be more willing to listen to your ideas & suggestions if you were less "direct and to the point" and more encouraging & supportive. But maybe I was naive in thinking teachers on a SUPPORT board would be there to SUPPORT and encourage other teachers...
I'm not sure why my not agreeing with you puts me "in a bubble"...I thought I showed that I was VERY open to your opinions and ideas

and hearing what you had to say...I simply had hoped there would have been more encouragement and support to go along with your critism. But I find it extremely interesting how you respond to well-intentioned critisism yourself...
