Oh, let him visit the principal. He has said to send the boy to him when he misbehaves. You have an entire classroom of students (presumably) who need to learn. I know it's frustrating and annoying to know that sending
this student away doesn't help THAT STUDENT. But it does help the other 25 kids in your class. Meanwhile, the boy will get tested. He will have an advocate in the school (the principal) who knows him and cares what happens to him. And summer will come. Next year he may start out the school year diagnosed and with the help he needs to learn and grow. You can't solve all their problems
- maybe this is one to let go of.

p.s. I bet the principal gets tired of seeing him and may actually take steps to helping him behave more appropriately.
