Thanks everyone.. I really appreciate all the advise.
The person who overheard the conversation was one of the first in the lounge. So she heard the entire conversation.. well up to the part when she and another teacher| had heard enough and walked out. I kinda wish they would have spoken up but I guess in their own way they did by walking out. I do have a mentor and she is very close to the main person that was doing the talking. In the beginning of the year, she was great. Now, I get the cold shoulder more from her than anyone. It is strange. I have thought about going to my administration. But | |
somehow feel that that might make the situation even worse somehow.. Maybe it might make be look like a cry baby? I am considering working else where next year. Which is really ashame. I love my students and I love the topics that I teach.. But .. well you know.. Thanks again.. It is nice to be able to vent..
