You do exactly what my TA does. I wouldn't trade her for the world. If she didn't check papers for me, I wouldn't know if I needed to reteach, who I should remediate, who can go on to the next objective. I can give my students quick feedback and progress on. It is a tremendous help to have that data available! If I had to grade my own papers it could take days.

Don't sell yourself short. You are providing a great help in the classroom.
