Job Responsibility
By Hmmm

Clip to ScrapBook
Sounds to me like you are just doing your job! What exactly is outlined in your job responsibilities and what were you expecting? You may not realize how much you are helping the teacher, and therefore the students. By completing necessary tasks you are freeing up that teacher to have more time to spend working with students, planning and preparing meaningful lessons, and improve her teaching through continued professional development. I'm sure she really doesn't have time to do the things you are doing--none of us do, and she is lucky to have you!
