maybe this will help

Hi,
Have you ever considered implementing a token economy into your classroom? Here's something that I learned from another teacher and it works really well. There are two steps to this procedure. There is an individual
and a classroom effort. First of all, make some fake money up for the kids. Then you give and take away "bonus bucks" for certain behaviors. Then at the end of the week, students can "buy" things with their "money" (stuff that you buy at the dollar store). The class part might help you because then the other kids will pressure your problem kid to act mature. When the class does
somthing good as a whole (ex. work quietly for 20minutes) you pu a handful of cotton balls into a glass jar. When the jar is full, have a class party. I hope this helps.
