It will be fun relax and keep it simple. Read the story, Graph on the board with green and yellow eggs if they will LIKE them, then gather everyone around and sit at the little table. Buy the Jumbo eggs get a few extra,| take turns standing next to you as they break the egg and pull it "apart" (kids like to push the shell in)try to keep the action over the table. When they all get in a big microwavable bowl, check for shells, use an rotary egg beater and let half the people--like the girls beat the eggs. Then you add LOTS of green food color. Ask "should we make it greener and eveyone will say yes!! | | Let the other half beat some more. What did we forget? the ham add tiny cubes that you cut from thick deli slice , usually 2 are enough. Microwave, stir once or twice as it cooks. Remember to use a clean spoon to serve with, not one that touched the raw eggs at anytime. The kids will be surprised that they smell the same, encourage all to taste, Re graph results if necessary. I usually have orange juice too! You can make a class story the next day rhyming words. Hope that helps.
