sfa stands for............

A fellow teacher at my school has nicknamed SFA "Sucks For All." There have got to be better reading programs than this one. The materials are dated, and don't even get me started on the typos and lesson plans! I have to always adjust the plans to my group (usually behaviorally-challenged children) and then get fussed at for it. Meanwhile, our SFA facilitator is lazy, to put it mildly. She spends her day bossing around her 5 assistants and then complains she can't get things done in time. Wouldn't all of us REGULAR classroom teachers love to have 5 assistants to do our paperwork and busywork.................UGH!
