cut backs

I live in Kansas and am currently facing the same situation. Our state representatives have proposed cutting money drastically. We (teacher, administrators, etc.) are currently letting our representatives know how we feel about this cut back. I am also the low man on the totem pole. This is my first year and will probably be the first to go if these cuts in money occur. Getting another job will be difficult because all school districts will be forced to cut jobs if our senators don't come around and face reality!!! I hope your job doesn't get cut and please pray that mine won't either!!
