time for you
By Nanci

Clip to ScrapBook
Every good teacher out there has experienced days, weeks, and even years of all of the political baggage that comes with teaching. The one thing to remember is you need to make time for you. The paperwork can be done tomorrow. Look at your calendar and set aside one night just for you. Turn off the phone or just plain leave the house. Choose something you enjoy whether it is reading a good book or going for a walk in the park (if you have any near by). Just make a promise to yourself to never break your "date" with yourself. You would be amazed at how much of a difference it can make.
