if i hadn't gotten a confession
By Amanda

Clip to ScrapBook
Well, I knew the kids involved, and I knew that between my disappointment and the peer pressure, it wouldn't be THAT long, especially when I took EVERYTHING away. My kids sound similar - the rewards are very important to keeping discipline/behavior going in the room. I'm not sure what I would have done next. I think I probably would have pulled the 2 kids alone and tried to get them to confess. After that, I'm not sure. I use a behavior chart, and I guess they're so used to it that they didn't realize it doesn't really matter if they "stay on green" to get their sticker, since they couldn't earn a prize anymore.
