Hi...sorry to hear of your problems...i am not really sure how to offer advice to the continuing problem but I do have a question for you. Next year have you considered not teaching in the inner city? I have heard there can be some major differences between inner city schools and suburban schools. I admire those that can teach in that kind of environment (bad behavior, aggression). Maybe think of teaching elsewhere..what do you think?
