I'm new to teaching, but I'm older and wiser, so for whatever this worth, here goes. You must show your principal that you are a team player. You have got to demonstrate that you are in control (even though you may not feel you are). You need to come up with management ideas that will help you achieve this goal. For example, a reward system for good behavior. I realize you've got your hands full and it must be completely overwhelming. Try to be less emotional and problem solve. This is what administrators want, they don't want to solve your problems for you. Good luck! You can do it.
