learning about famous artists
By jenny

Clip to ScrapBook
I have 2 great books that follow Tia's ideas about teaching art history. The books have the kids look at a piece of art, learn about the artist, and then produce a piece of art that is similar. They come with colour posters. They're put out by scholastic, and the one title that I can remember is "Month by month masterpieces". I can't remember the other title, but they're both worth checking into.
