I am also very interested in job sharing and would like to hear about how this works. I currently teach Kindergarten (2 classes- a.m. and p.m.) so it seems like the situation would be ideal. I am having a baby this Spring and want to work 1/2 days for a couple of years, so that I can enjoy baby yet also stay current in the teaching field. If anyone has advice about this topic...I would love to hear it!Jojo, I am sorry I could not give you advice. I am curious, however, did the teacher come back and now you are both working 1/2 days, every other, or something different????? How long is this situation going to occur...rest of the year or longer? I would appreciate more details. Thanks!!!!
