Leaving due to Masters - Oregon

I am the first year that is required to get my master's in Oregon. Because it is so expensive, I am already looking for jobs in other states. It is kind of sad because I have taught at a WONDERFUL school for two years. I wish I could move the school with me. I think I'm making a difference with these children too. Oh well, I hope I can make a difference elsewhere, and that it will be just as enjoyable for me and the kids. But we all know teacher pay -in the first few years especially- does not equal paying for a masters. So off I go! Just thought I'd join the vent a little on this one since it really gets to me.
