I am absolutely consumed with school. After spending many years working in other professions, I've found something I love - teaching. What it boils down to for me is this: School, school stuff, education sites, surfing for education sites, etc. is my hobby. I'm often teased (sometimes not nicely) that I can't take a break from school. I've heard "Get a life" many times. Well . . . this IS my life, and it makes me happy. Go figure. If you don't really need to stop thinking about school for your sanity - then don't. If you do (and okay, I'll admit it - I do need to take a break from it sometimes) reading a book, shopping, movies, are all options. Bottom line: if it makes you happy - go for it!
