to BEEN THERE RE: resume
By been there too

Clip to ScrapBook
I also had to leave a position that did not work out, then when I was looking for a new job I did not put that on my resume as experience and was asked to include that in my records. I do have a lot of other teaching experiences
and did not have to use them as a reference. I did however go back to a job I previously left and was asked to include that in my job experience, you kind of have to but do not need to list them as someone you would want them to contact but if they need to contact someone you can use others that would say positive things about you... I used two teachers I worked closely with and
a coach I worked with and asked them to write me letters to back that too. Good Luck don't feel bad - I never thought in my whole life I would ever burn a bridge but that is one year I did. I too wish you could just write it off. Once you get another position you probably could but because it happened so recently it is hard. Others advice is much appreciated too. I don't know if I am wrong I just remember what I was told, maybe too because they knew I had left.
