i agree with the other's advice. hang in there. however, this situation you've described sounds quite like one that i have had. i too, was being "bothered" by my pushy, obnoxious principal. so much so that i cried all| the time and wondered why i was still there being so miserable. i wound up quitting. i'm not suggesting you do the same, i'm just sharing my experience. i decided that FOR ME....NOT FOR ANYONE ELSE READING THIS, BUT FOR ME, this was not the place where i needed to be. i'm the type of person that needs to be happy where i work, if i'm not, i don't need to be there. i loved my kids and | |
it was very sad, but i left. i was 100% happier when i made the choice. i simply left off the job on my resume and went to another place. it was the best decision....FOR ME. i wish you luck and know that you are not alone in your battle with "principals". Laura
