knowing when to do what
By Donna

Clip to ScrapBook
Shannon....It's critical for me to hear that others can relate to how I'm feeling. Often, in school, teachers have to put on their "happy face" and go about business as if everything is simply wonderful. Although, there are a few on the staff that I can vent to, I still need to be careful and realize that I'm forever being judged, evaluated and let's face it, some wanna see you fail. So, thank you for your words of encouragement and the bit about evaluating when to do what was valuable for me. The idealistic piece of wanting to get up in front of that classroom and show my students what I think teaching is all about was just not appropriate right at the start. Thanks.
