i agree with you

Taking recess away for a month certainly doesn't fit the crime. One of my professors told me to keep a cell phone in the class and if the child acts out or says a bad word have the child call his/her parents and tell them what they had done to you.
That child needs to apologize to you and not do it again. That child needs to tell you and the class that he/she is sorry for disrespecting the teacher.
Have you talked to the parents?
