veteran teachers complain about problem kids
By gula

Clip to ScrapBook
Tenured teachers have more weight than new teachers. They gripe and complain about certain problem children. So these little villains end up on the doorsteps of the new teacher. New teacher sees veteran teacher with a silent classroom and thinks "I am so rotten because I cannot get my students under control". New teachers do get the bad students. And veteran teachers that raise cain to principals and guidance counselors get good students. I mean the door that squeaks the loudest gets the grease!
