Difficult Students

I am a first year kindergarten teacher. I was finally feeling like my difficult class was settling down and really following the rules and procedures. Then my principal decided to give me, just this week, three new kids who have never been in school before. These three came in knowing nothing and are also very disruptive. I am having to stop all of our routines to reteach my expectations to these new kids who are not mature enough to follow them being that they have never been in school before. I just feel like this is so unfair to the other 17 who have been with me all year. Considering all of the experienced teachers in my grade level, I definitely agree that new teachers are often given the most difficult students.
