Worst Students

I'm not a teacher yet, but the teachers I know told me that the new teachers often get dumped on with the worst students because the principle needs to know that you can prove yourself with the discipline problems. The principle needs to know that you are able to handle the bad ones first. You have to be consistent. A professor once said that students are easy to train, but you have to be consistent.
