I do understand that advice that I have already thought of or tried is annoying, but I have found that I get that no matter where I post.
I personally love to help student teachers out. I think that is because I feel
it is the only position I am able to give advice or comment on, rather it be a vent or a specific question. In my honest opinion, I think that the "old" teachers that come here to respond are doing so to see if they can help. Nothing more than trying to unite with other teachers. First, second or tenth year. I look forward to advice from vetern teachers, but I also look forward to someone
